• Liaise directly with the company’s Talent departments, working together to educate individuals on relevant fields and keep individuals engaged ahead of the programme start date.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit potential talent through proven research methods.
• Serve as the main liaison between artists and the talent agency, fostering strong and collaborative partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance artists' careers, focusing on securing performance opportunities, tours, and collaborations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging artists to identify new opportunities for representation.
• Provide guidance and support to artists in areas such as branding, image development, and career decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and PR, to develop comprehensive artist promotion strategies.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and showcases to network and actively seek new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Artist Agent or within artist management, talent agency, or visual content production industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to advocate for artists and secure favorable deals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with artists, clients, and industry professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for the entertainment industry, with keen eyes for talents and the ability to identify artists with potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the operation performance of key users and improvement of contents.
• Do analysis & give suggestions in order to choose the right artists/KOL.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
• Maintain a good relationship with KOL/artists.
• Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase marketing engagement by collaborating with certain KOL/artists.
Requirements:
• Experienced in cooperation with overseas social media and KOL bloggers, Internet celebrities, etc., and be able to skillfully mine traffic resources such as various media, KOL bloggers, and Internet celebrities.
• Public relations work experience, able to establish contact with overseas media, business companies, and artists through various strategies and promote marketing cooperation.
• Strong communication skills, good at cross-departmental collaboration, and have certain team management skills.
• Familiar with various marketing methods such as smart product operation, content operation, event planning, and network promotion.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to artist agents in all aspects of artist representation, including contract negotiation, tour planning, and promotional activities.
• Assist in coordinating artist schedules, ensuring timely communication between artists, promoters, venues, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to organise and execute successful marketing and promotional campaigns for our artists.
• Research and identify new opportunities for artist exposure, including collaborations, endorsements, and media appearances.
• Help maintain our artist databases and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Act as a liaison between our artists, their management teams, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and professional relationships.
Requirements:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact professionally with artists, team members, and industry professionals.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, email correspondence, and document management.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
